Our programmers/engineers
have an extensive and formal background in the field of metrology
and have been programming CMMs for decades. Contributions
to the CMM industry include articles for trade magazines as
well as technical papers and presentations for the Society
of Manufacturing Engineers. We have an intimate knowledge
of ANSI Y14.5M-1982, and ASME Y14.5M-1994 Geometric Dimensioning
and Tolerancing (GD&T).
In addition to part programming
for CMMs and eM-Power Quality (Valisys), we provide contract
inspection services, reverse engineering, design
and build of CMM nesting fixtures (alignment performed
on workpiece) and CMM precision locating fixtures (alignment
performed on fixture). The following pages list in detail
the services and products we offer.
